Many young people die from alcohol-related incidents each year, but have you ever thought about where youth get the alcohol? It’s not always the store or the bar or from their friends – many times it is from homes just like yours. We are asking parents and adults in our community to secure and monitor alcohol in their homes. Think about where you keep your alcohol and how easy it is for teens to access it. Conversations are important too. Talk to your kids about your expectations involving alcohol. Change how you treat alcohol in the home and keep your kids safe!
